C2 Lofts offers new style of condo living

C2 Lofts at Summerlin provides a lifestyle that transcends traditional condominium living, according to sales agent Sommer Jandula.

"Loft living is a new concept to Las Vegas and C2 Lofts presents it at its finest, right in the heart of Summerlin," Jandula said. "More than just a new way of living, it is a unique look and feel, with open and flexible living areas and minimalist styling highlighted by exposed ductwork, expansive windows and ceiling heights that range from 10 to 12 feet in the single-story lofts and 20 feet in two-story lofts. It is a place where you can exercise your own self-expression and create a living environment that displays your individual sense of style."

Located at the southwest corner of the Las Vegas Beltway and Charleston Boulevard, the project will feature residential units configured in two five-story buildings. The positioning of the structures will enable buyers to select homes with views of the mountains and nearby Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, or the city.

Eight floor plans range from 1,400 to about 2,800 square feet.

Prices start from the $600,000s to more than $1 million.

Amenities include private terraces, a heated pool, two spas, a fitness center, and a landscaped roof garden on each building with a fire pit, fireplace, barbecues and a lounge.

Additionally, buyers receive an executive golf membership at Red Rock Country Club.

To visit the preview center, take the Beltway to Charleston, and go east to the entrance of the Canyon Pointe shopping center.

The builder has announced the C2 Lofts Upper West Side planned community to be constructed in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley, near U.S. Highway 95 and Lake Mead Boulevard. The development will provide a "live, work and play" environment with loft residences located above retail shops, restaurants and offices.

Prices are anticipated to start in the low $400,000s. An interest list is being formed.

Amenities will include an 18,000-square-foot structure with features such as a resort-style swimming pool, spas, water features, a fitness center, treatment rooms, a juice bar, theater, TV room, business center and concierge services.
