Lennar DS offers cash incentive

Canyon Springs, a Lennar DS neighborhood in North Las Vegas, features homes that qualify for Energy Star certification. Additionally, a cash incentive is available to buyers of select homes, according to Thomas Isbell, director of marketing and sales for the builder.

He said the select homes are ready for immediate move-ins and offer a savings of as much as $10,000 when buyers finance through the preferred lender.

Five floor plans are available, and priced from the mid-$300,000s.

The homes come standard with granite counter tops in the kitchens, upgraded appliances, maple cabinetry, ceramic-tile entries and cultured-marble vanities.

The single-story models are the 1,869-square-foot La Jolla and the 2,210-square-foot Laguna, each with four bedrooms, two baths and a great room; and the 1,659-square-foot Malibu, which contains three bedrooms and two baths.

Two-story models are the Santa Clara, a four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home measuring 2,743 square feet; and the Beverly Hills, which measures 3,127 square feet with five bedrooms and three baths. Each plan includes separate living and dining rooms, and a great room.

The Santa Clara also features a fireplace, a media center and a laundry room with a sink. The kitchen features a walk-in pantry, an island bar with counter seating, a dining nook and a bay window. The master suite provides a walk-in closet, a separate shower and garden tub, and a dual-sink vanity.

The Beverly Hills features one bedroom and bath on the main level.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to North Fifth Street and turn south.

The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at noon.
