Custom lots provide view at Seven Hills

Seven Hills' elevated terrain has enabled the developer, Silver Canyon Partnership, to offer custom-home sites with views of the city, as well as a golf course in Henderson.

More than 200 custom-home sites have been sold at the community. Priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million, home sites as large as 1 acre in size are featured. The custom neighborhoods offer guard-gated entrances, and there are privately gated sites.

The custom neighborhoods offer landscaped open space; a view park; and a 2-acre park with tennis, basketball and a playground.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and go south to St. Rose Parkway. Head west to Seven Hills Drive and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
