KB touts affordability of Liberty home series

KB Home has introduced the new Liberty series in five subdivisions throughout the Las Vegas Valley, and is touting the homes as affordable.

"Every year, more and more families are priced out of the housing market," said Leah Bryant, president of the company's Las Vegas division. "Liberty makes homeownership possible for many of these families."

Each home includes landscaped and maintained common areas and front yards, side-yard patios and enhanced elevations. Prices start from the low $100,000s.

Liberty at Mayfield is a gated neighborhood in the northwestern valley with a pool and heated spa. Six two-story floor plans measure between 1,267 and 1,486 square feet. They include two to four bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and a one-car garage. Prices start in the low $130,000s.

Located in the northeast, Liberty at the Orchards offers five models and eight floor plans, plus options. These one- and two-story homes measure between 692 and 1,486 square feet and feature two to four bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and contain a one-car garage. Prices start in the low $100,000s.

Few homes remain in Liberty at Silverado Ranch, located in the southeast, and it features eight floor plans offering both one- and two-story designs. The homes measure between 692 and 1,486 square feet and contain two to four bedrooms and 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths with a one-car garage, and are priced from the $110,000s.

Nearby is Liberty at Tierra Linda, which offers six two-story floor plans with two to four bedrooms and 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths with a one-car garage. The homes measure between 1,267 and 1,486 square feet. Pricing will be released soon.
