Single-story homes ready at Cheyenne

Pardee Homes of Nevada has two Plan Two homes available in the Cheyenne neighborhood within the builder's Shadow Mountain Ranch community in southwest Las Vegas.

"Both are convenient single-story homes that include four bedrooms and are well-priced for the market," Rob Tuvell, sales director, said.

The available Plan Two homes are priced at $171,650 and $174,350.

With 1,718 square feet, the select homes offer a central kitchen with counter, master suite with walk-in closet, two baths and a laundry room.

Buyers can choose from four single- and two-story floor plans equipped with family rooms, island kitchens and owner suites.

Plan One is a single-story design with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,383 square feet. It is priced from $156,450.

Plan Two can be built with 1,569 or 1,718 square feet and is priced from $166,950 and from $172,950. Three or four bedrooms are available, as are three bedrooms and an optional den, plus two baths.

The two-story Plan Three offers as many as four bedrooms, three baths and a bonus room in 2,442 square feet. It is priced from $191,450. Another Plan Three option, measuring 2,046 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths, is priced from $182,950.

Measuring 2,422 square feet, Plan Four offers three bedrooms, a den, bonus room and two or 2 1/2 baths. It can also be built with as many as four bedrooms and three baths. It is priced from $198,450.

Two- and three-car garages are featured.

"Pardee designed Cheyenne for busy families, with the convenience of second-floor laundry rooms and linen closets. The kitchens have ... preparation islands or breakfast bars that can also serve as the hub of the home," Tuvell said.

Standard items include an oak stair handrail; lighting fixtures; and kitchen with laminate counter top with back- splash, oak cabinetry with concealed hinges, pantry and appliance package.

To visit, take Tropicana Avenue west, past Durango Drive, to Grand Canyon Drive and turn left. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
