Two homes remain at San Michelle

The countdown to closeout is nearly over at Christopher Homes' San Michelle neighborhood in Queensridge, a guard-gated community in the northwestern valley.

According to sales agents Jacquie DuToit and Michelle Gallagher, two homes are still available at the neighborhood and both are ready for immediate move-in. Each includes several options and upgrades.

"This is, obviously, the last opportunity home buyers have to purchase a brand new Christopher home in Queensridge," DuToit said. "Our last two homes are absolutely spectacular, including one spacious single-story design and an elegant two-story home. Both homes offer wonderful golf course fairway views and the luxury carries inside the homes, where the finest in customizing features have been incorporated. Best of all, we are offering tremendous values and the convenience of immediate move-in."

The single-story Chagall design is available and offers four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. Priced at $662,687, the 3,912-square-foot home features a detached casita with full-bath and a courtyard fireplace.

"This Chagall home offers classic elegance with such luxuries as premium cherry wood cabinetry, light travertine flooring, custom paint in neutral tones and a long list of other appointments," DuToit said. "The magnificent courtyard, with a fireplace, expands the already generous living area and provides a perfect setting for grand-scale entertaining or simple relaxation. As an added feature, this home will come with complete front- and rear-yard landscaping."

Also available is the Canterbury, a two-story home with four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a library, loft, three-car garage and 4,689 square feet. Priced at $834,749, the home features a motor court, family room, master suite, wet bar and three fireplaces.

"Rich and beautiful features are incorporated throughout this Canterbury residence," Gallagher said. "This home comes complete with lovely cherry wood cabinetry, wrought-iron stair rail spindles, highly upgraded surface materials and a long list of other appointments. Inside and out, this home reflects a level of quality and craftsmanship that is generally reserved for a custom home."

Gallagher said there are benefits of buying a home during a neighborhood's final phase.

"The future owners of our last two homes will have the convenience of being able to move into an established neighborhood, where they can already see the quality of the homes and neighborhoods surrounding them," Gallagher said. "Also, since San Michelle is essentially completed, these buyers will not have the traffic and construction activities that are normally associated with the development of a new neighborhood."

For information about San Michelle, visit the Palisades neighborhood in Summerlin. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Hualapai Way and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The builder has six active neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley and a full-service, custom-home division.
