Incentives offered at Sun City Anthem

Incentives are being offered on completed homes available for quick closings at Sun City Anthem in Henderson for buyers who select financing through Del Webb Home Finance or pay cash.

"We have many homes ready for immediate occupancy. Most of them include significant buyer incentives and substantial discounts with options included," sales manager Lorraine Roberts said.

She said the convenience of using with the builder's on-site, full-service mortgage company takes the runaround out of buying a home.

A home available for immediate occupancy at the age-qualified community is an Anthem design, a 3,009-square-foot home in the Estates Collection which offers two bedrooms, a den, great room, Nevada room, curved windows, a wet bar, three-car garage, golf cart storage and covered patio.

"There is an Anthem model located on Ellensburg Street featuring a luxury powder room, hobby room, fireplace, maple cabinets, granite counters in the kitchen and wet bar, onyx cultured marble in baths, central vacuum and electrical upgrades," Roberts said.

According to Roberts, incentives offered with the purchase of this home include thousands off the lot premium and options. This model listed at $455,600, but with the incentives, the home will sell at $414,600 prior to Thursday.

Nineteen floor plans are offered at the age-qualified community, measuring from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet and more through the Gold Key program. Prices range from the low $140,000s to more than $500,000.

The community is home to Anthem Center, a recreational facility that measures about 75,000 square feet and offers fitness, social and recreational opportunities for residents, as well as Trumpets Restaurant and Lounge, which is open to the public.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, to Anthem Parkway and turn left. Models are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
