Consulting firm appoints regional director of sales

-- The Meyers Group, a consultant to the U.S. residential development industry, appointed Sandy Rose as regional director of sales and marketing for the Las Vegas division. She is responsible for the development and management of the company's data products and services. Previously, Rose was an account executive for the company.

-- The Longford Group named Tony Caniano controller for the commercial division. He oversees all accounting functions including planning, reporting, systems and controls. Prior to joining the company, Caniano was a self-employed accountant for five years in New Jersey. He is an active member of the local chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

-- The Longford Group appointed Tamara Pogozelski to be project manager for the commercial division. She brings more than seven years of commercial construction experience to her position, where she is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of tenant improvements for the company's commercial portfolio. Previously, Pogozelski was a project manager for Carson Taylor Harvey. She is a member of NAIOP.
