Models debut at Gresham Park

Pulte Homes is celebrating the grand opening of its Gresham Park neighborhood today and tomorrow in Summerlin.

The neighborhood, sales manager Jeff Galindo said, is designed for people who "demand different."

"Gresham Park is the most exciting and innovative community we have built in a long time," Galindo said. "There isn't a community like it in Las Vegas. Through extensive market research including focus groups, et cetera, we have taken what our customers have been telling us they want, and built it for them at Gresham Park. Many of the features that our customers had to option in the past are now included in the base price of the home."

Among the included features are side-by-side refrigerators, upgraded cabinets with task lighting, crown molding, cook tops, built-in ovens and microwaves, solid-surface kitchen counter tops, garage door openers, laundry room cabinetry, security systems with one-year free monitoring, oak stair railings, and upgraded bath and kitchen faucets.

The celebration will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.

Buyers can choose from four single- and two-story floor plans, measuring from 1,359 to 2,000 square feet and priced from $179,990 to $224,990. Varied architectural styles, including porches and balconies, are featured.

Gresham Park is located within Summerlin Centre, an urban village that when complete will offer shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues, trails and parks.

To tour the models, take Interstate 215 to Sahara Avenue, head east to Town Center Drive and turn left. Proceed to La Madre Mountain Drive and turn right.

The builder is developing 12 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada.
