Pardee Homes debuts Seasons

Pardee Homes will host a grand opening celebration this weekend for its new neighborhood of Seasons in Aliante, according to sales executive Rob Tuvell.

The neighborhood is part of the new 1,905-acre master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

Among the highlights of the grand opening will be the "Rec `n' Roll Mobile" from the North Las Vegas' Parks and Recreation Department, which will provide games and activities for children. Festivities are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

"Seasons is a showcase of homes for all seasons and all families. The community will include outstanding outdoor recreational amenities, in addition to indoor gathering places such as a state-of-the-art library and schools," Tuvell said.

Four designs priced from the $230,000s are featured.

"Like every other new Pardee home, our Seasons neighborhood offers only Energy Star homes designed to exceed national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent," Tuvell said.

Plan One is a single-story courtyard home measuring 2,418 to 2,598 square feet with three bedrooms, or two bedrooms and an optional den, 2 1/2 baths, and a two-car garage plus swing garage or optional studio/workshop.

A central island kitchen highlights the single-story Plan Two design. Measuring 2,717 square feet, the home includes three bedrooms, den or fourth bedroom, three baths and a three-car garage.

Featuring a rotunda entry, the two-story Plan Three offers as many as six bedrooms and four baths. The flexible floor plan measures 2,915 to 3,101 square feet and has four bedrooms, a den, bonus room, three baths, and a two-car garage plus swing garage or optional studio/workshop.

Plan Four is a two-story home that measures 3,711 to 4,214 square feet. It has four bedrooms, a bonus room, loft, 3 1/2 baths, a covered patio, and a two-car garage with an additional one-car garage or workshop. It is available with as many as five bedrooms, four baths and optional game room.

Kitchen features include ceramic-tile counter tops, preparation islands, maple cabinetry and pantries. Options include Corian, granite slab, CaesarStone or tile counter tops; stainless steel or cast-iron sinks; extended-height cabinetry; and upgraded appliance packages.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway, exit east to Sky Pointe Drive and turn right. Turn right at Frontage Road, then turn left onto Interstate 215. Exit at Aliante Parkway and go south.

Models and the sales office are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

Pardee Homes helped set the stage for master-planned development in North Las Vegas with the introduction of its adjacent Eldorado community in 1990. The community, which will be home to about 6,500 families, offers a mix of single-family homes, as well as a fire station, an elementary school and two parks.

Pardee has built homes for more than 25,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952 and is also developing the Rancho Las Palmas, Nevada Trails and Shadow Mountain Ranch communities.
