Few homes remain in Seven Hills
The opportunity to purchase a new residence in Seven Hills is coming to a close, with only a few production homes available, according to Dan Naef, vice president of community development for Silver Canyon Partnership, the community's developer. "At this point in time, there are very few new homes available for sale in Seven Hills and we are encouraging prospective home buyers to begin their search at the ... sales and information pavilion," Naef said. The 1,300-acre community is located in the foothills of Black Mountain in Henderson. A variety of custom-home sites are currently available in neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership and Nevastar Investment Corp. They measure up to an acre and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space and most neighborhoods adjoin or interconnect with parks and walkways. Four city parks variously feature basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, volleyballs quads, and playgrounds. To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. The pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
