-- DeAnna Goyhenetche of Millennium Commercial Real Estate Services represented Reno Arville Associates and Pentagon in the 62-month lease of 1,750 square feet at 5071 Arville St. to Chaya's Auto Cosmetics, represented by Deborah Ann Leoni of Robert Goodsitt Real Estate, for $78,482.

-- Jerry Hagfeldt of the MDL Group represented Set Properties in its 36-month lease of 2,960 square feet at 235 E. Warm Springs Road, Suites 107 and 108, to Investment Lending for $160,000.

-- Jim Weld of Trident Development represented both parties in Trident Industrial Park's three-year lease of 9,600 square feet in Trident Industrial Park, 2915 Losee Road in North Las Vegas, to Thatchercraft Cabinets for $207,360. Weld also represented both parties in GWAC of Nevada's three-year lease of 4,017 square feet in the Lakes Pacific Business Park, 8450 W. Sahara Ave., Suite 102, to First, dba Pin High Golf Shop, for $332,932.

-- Curtis Sanders of NAI Horizon represented Airborne Express in the seven-year lease of 65,270 square feet at 6180 S. Pearl St., Suites A, B, and C, from the EJM Development Co., represented by Spencer Pinter of Colliers International, for $2.93 million. In another transaction, Dave Johnson represented La Salsa in the 10-year lease of 2,979 square feet in The Shops at Green Valley, located at 2265 Village Walk Drive, in Henderson, from the American Nevada Co., represented by Richard Green, for $1.07 million. Curtis Sanders represented both parties in San Sebastian Properties' five-year lease of .39 acres at 3336 W. Spring Mountain Road to Jerry Pendergrass, and Richard and Vicki Walters for $870,361. Steve Storlazzi represented Phil and Grace Ruffino in the sale of an acre at the southwest corner of Pearl and Sierra Patricia avenues to John Nguyen for $250,000. Mike Lyons represented Lifeguard Pools in the five-year lease of 1,020 square feet at 6425 Hinson St. from Dino Debarry and Mark Anderson, represented by Paul Sweetland of Sweetland Industrial Realty, for $210,892. Tony Amato and Cathy Jones represented WP Rainbow Partnership in the purchase of of 2.61 acres at the northeast corner of Fort Apache and Flamingo roads from Flamingo NWC Partners, represented by Mike Kammerling of Grubb and Ellis for $2.1 million. Jacqueline Young and Penny Mendlovic represented the Krause Family Trust in the sale of a 13,250-square-foot building at 1600 S. Decatur Blvd. to Meri Hayon, represented by Bruce Knight of Century 21 Consolidated, for $1.35 million.

In another transaction, Darren Lemmon represented Wells Fargo Bank Corporate Properties in a three-year lease of 2,063 square feet at 3360 W. Sahara Ave. to CPA Place and Realty for $135,000. Jayne Cayton represented the City of Hope in a three-year lease of 1,800 square feet at 8921 W. Sahara Ave. from Sistilli Trust for $106,000. Cayton also represented the American Nevada Co. in a one-year lease of 2,396 square feet at 2275 Corporate Circle to Countrywide Home Loans for $66,000. Lance Robins and Suzette La Grange represented Glenborough Realty Trust in a five-year lease of 1,963 square feet at 3021 Rigel Ave. to Candela Sales for $115,000. Robins and LaGrange represented Harsch Investment Properties in a two-year lease of 10,000 square feet at 4050 W. Harmon Ave. to Gaming-N-Casino for $99,000.

In another transaction, DeLew, Pinter and Pancirov represented YMUT in its purchase of 6,090 square feet at 7371 Prairie Falcon Road, Lot One, from Origin Park, represented by Doug Allbright and Trevor Printz of Allbright, Callister and Associates, for $730,800. David Grant and Scot Marker represented Jason Kenneth Designs in its 60-month lease of 2,753 square feet at 4001 Industrial Road from Centerpoint for $160,000. Grant and Marker also represented Warm Springs in its 48-month lease of 1,600 square feet at 1205 W. Warm Springs Road, Suite 109, in Henderson, to ReBath of Las Vegas for $128,000. Scott Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented the Gragson Buffalo Five in its purchase of 2.5 acres at the northwest corner of Jerlyn Road and Sobb Avenue from Silver State Trust for $600,000.
