Warm Springs Road, Suites 107 and 108, to Investment Lending for $160,000. -- Jim Weld of Trident Development represented both parties in Trident Industrial Park's three-year lease of 9,600 square feet in Trident Industrial Park, 2915 Losee Road in North Las Vegas, to Thatchercraft Cabinets for $207,360. Weld also represented both parties in GWAC of Nevada's three-year lease of 4,017 square feet in the Lakes Pacific Business Park, 8450 W. Sahara Ave., Suite 102, to First, dba Pin High Golf Shop, for $332,932. -- Curtis Sanders of NAI Horizon represented Airborne Express in the seven-year lease of 65,270 square feet at 6180 S.
