Sellers appreciate Help-U-Sell's service

Lynn and Lee Ann Keener will be able to move to Texas earlier than they expected, thanks in part to Help-U-Sell Real Estate Marketing Team, a fee-for-service agency.

Because clients of the company pay only for the services they use, the Keeners were able to save money by hosting their own open house.

"We had an open house on a Sunday and sold it on Monday afternoon," Lee Ann Keener said of the couple's 2,800-square-foot home in Summerlin. "We weren't in any particular hurry, but now we can follow our grandchildren."

Lynn Keener was equally delighted.

"We're going to build a house on a lake with more than an acre. We'll have a 4,000 square-foot home ... And we'll be only seven miles from our son and daughter-in-law and their children," he said.

The company has six offices in Southern Nevada.
