Villages tract down to final 11 lots



Eleven home sites remain at the Foothills Tuscany Series, a subdivision by Pacific Southwest Development in the Villages of Southern Highlands.

The guard-gated neighborhood in the southwestern valley features homes with courtyards and casitas. Lots are one-quarter acre and larger.

Four models range from 3,088 to 4,360 square feet with several design options available. Casitas measure from 270 to 512 square feet.

The Bellasera, the largest plan, offers as many as seven bedrooms, a loft and three-car garage. At $739,900, the two-story home has a guest suite, library and 4 1/2 baths.

The two-story Venetian measures 4,106 square feet with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a sunken living room and family room with a fireplace. It is priced from $709,900.

Measuring 3,743 square feet, the two-story Las Brisas comes with four bedrooms including a first-floor guest suite, 4 1/2 baths, a spiral staircase, loft and three-car garage. A fifth bedroom is optional. It is priced at $667,900.

The Tapatio, a single-story home, offers three bedrooms, a library and 2 1/2 baths. Measuring 3,088 square feet, it has options for a fourth bedroom or enclosed library. It is priced at $649,900.

The Villages offers homes from several builders, priced from the $170,000s to the $600,000s. Maps of the community are available at any of the active subdivisions.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
