Few condominiums remain at Esprit
Only 15 units remain for sale in Esprit at Stonegate, a condominium development in the southeastern valley. "Sunday and Monday seem to be our best days for selling these homes," Maloof said. "There are very few lookers; most of the people coming to the office now are serious buyers," said Maloof, pointing out that the development's grounds and included amenities have attracted buyers. "Once they drive through these gates and see the park-like landscaping, they're half sold," he said. Amenities include covered parking; round and arched, divided-light windows; and fans with lights in dining rooms. Second-story units have a fireplace in the great room and a skylight in the master suite. Select plans offer kitchen greenhouse windows. Two designs with two bedrooms and two baths are available. The Spirit measures 960 square feet; the Aurora 970 square feet. They are priced from $99,900. Several financing packages are available, including zero-down and Veterans Affairs $1 move-in. In addition, a washer, dryer, refrigerator and miniblinds are provided to those who use the seller's preferred lender. The complex features two clubhouses, each with a fitness room; two swimming pools and spas; two playgrounds; and mature landscaping. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east, past Nellis Boulevard. Turn north at Juniper Hills Boulevard and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
