Silverstone Ranch offers six collections

Buyers can choose from six collections and 23 floor plans at Pulte's Silverstone Ranch, a golf course community in the northwestern valley.

Pinehurst is a gated collection of townhomes, measuring from 1,346 to 2,016 square feet and priced from the $370,000s. A social center and swimming pool are located within the enclave.

The Merion Collection features single-story homes ranging from 1,583 to 1,890 square feet and priced from the $390,000s.

Designs range from 1,520 to 1,881 square feet in the Oakmont Collection, and are priced from the low $400,000s.

Priced from the $460,000s, single- and two-story plans are featured in the Cypress Collection and range from 1,881 to 2,665 square feet.

Augusta, a gated collection, features single-story homes measuring from 1,913 to 2,616 square feet and priced from the $530,000s.

The Princeville Collection will be available in the only guard-gated area of the community. Its floor plans range from 3,000 to 3,448 square feet and are priced from the $640,000s.

All of the homes exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star standards. In addition, each home includes the builder's Platinum Plus Environments For Living technology, which comes with a three-year heating and cooling energy-use guarantee.

With 86 sales recorded in first-quarter 2004, Silverstone Ranch was among the Top 10 selling developments in Southern Nevada, according to a local researcher. It is planned to comprise 1,260 homes.

Amenities include a 6-acre family park, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds and arbors.

Silverstone Golf Club features three nine-hole courses, and is complemented by a practice facility. A clubhouse, restaurant, banquet area, event lawn, valet service, golf school, locker rooms and pro shop are also featured.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive and turn left. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
