Sun City Aliante promotes energy efficiency

Each home in Sun City Aliante is built with Environments For Living technology and has been Energy Star certified. To complement the energy-saving features, a three-year heating and cooling energy-use guarantee is included with each purchase.

The 326-acre Del Webb property is the adult component of the 1,905-acre Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

Resident amenities include tennis and bocce courts, as well as the public Aliante Golf Club. A recreation center is planned to include a swimming pool, fitness center and club and hobby rooms.

Seven single-story floor plans are available, ranging from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet. Prices start from the $300,000s to the mid-$430,000s. All front- and backyard landscaping is included.

Sun City Aliante reported 133 closings in the first three months of the year, making it the second-best selling subdivision in Southern Nevada, a local market researcher said.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Take I-215 to the Aliante Parkway exit and go north. The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
