Twelve new models to open soon at Anthem Country Club

Anthem Country Club will open 12 new model homes to the public on Saturday. The residences are featured in four collections -- Province, Meridian, Sterling and Crowne Pointe -- and offer a combined 16 new plans at the guard-gated community in Henderson.

The grand opening celebration runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and will include musical entertainment.

"Each of our new collections showcases the craftsmanship and style that Del Webb is known for," sales and marketing executive Steve O'Connor said. "These new plans fuse functionality and diversity to create a new edition to Anthem Country Club."

Three single-story designs are available in the Province Collection, and measure from 1,616 to 2,076 square feet. They feature two or three bedrooms, two-car garages, and casita and den options. Prices start from $240,000.

Homes in the Meridian Collection range from 2,176 to 3,169 square feet and are priced from $285,300. The homes can be built with three or four bedrooms and as many as 3 1/2 baths.

Five floor plans comprise the Sterling Collection, and measure from 3,363 to 4,327 square feet with three to five bedrooms and as many as 4 1/2 baths. Prices start at $443,600. Features include game rooms, libraries and dens.

O'Connor said the 3,424-square-foot Hampton plan in this collection is highlighted by an interior courtyard.

"This courtyard allows members to bring the outside in," he said. "Whether they landscape the area with fountains, create a garden or build a spa, the Hampton is a unique plan."

Homes as large as 5,000 square feet are available in the Crown Pointe Collection. Buyers can choose from five designs, which are priced from $584,900 to more than $660,000.

"These homes are the ultimate in luxury living at Anthem Country Club," O'Connor said. "Designs in this collection suit any sized family and provide opportunities for second stories, bonus rooms and casitas."

Anthem Country Club is part of the Anthem master-planned community, and features a championship golf course created by PGA golfer Hale Irwin and golf course architect Keith Foster. The 7,300-yard course maximizes the rugged terrain and provides views of the Las Vegas Valley. Equity and executive (nonresident) golf memberships are available.

To tour the models, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and go south, about three miles past St. Rose Parkway. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
