Terrasini approaches closeout

Terrasini condominium complex in Aliante, a North Las Vegas master-planned community, is nearly sold out, according to Rebecca Newell, sales agent for Pulte Homes.

"With construction complete and our final few sales pending, we expect to wrap up activity soon," Newell said.

Aliante, located in the northern valley, features a range of styles. Residential components of the community comprise a private country club, an age-qualified community and a series of traditional neighborhoods.

All but six of Aliante's neighborhoods have sold out, and most of the remaining neighborhoods expect to wrap up sales before the end of the year. Now in its fifth year, Aliante is home to about 6,000 families.

Offerings at Terrasini include one-bedroom condominiums with a one-car garage. Pulte will offer a 50-inch plasma television and as much as $25,000 in incentives for each unit, Newell said. Prices start at $170,000s.

Amenities include a swimming pool and spa area, a volleyball court, and a small park area with barbecue facilities. The neighborhood is gated and backs up to the trail system.

Developed by North Valley Enterprises, an affiliate of American Nevada Co. and Del Webb, Aliante encompasses more than 1,900 acres. Home builders include Astoria, Del Webb, D.R. Horton, KB, Lennar, Pardee and Pulte. Homes are priced from the high $100,000s to the low $700,000s.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit east. Make a right onto Sky Pointe Drive, a right onto Frontage Road, and then a left onto the Beltway. Head east to the Aliante Parkway exit, then go south.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Call 866-787-2951 or visit aliantehomes.com
