Pulte offers Barcelona, Seville

The Paseo at Madeira Canyon near the Sloan Canyon Conservation Area offers two neighborhoods, Barcelona and Seville, with 20 homes remaining for sale.

"The intimate, elevated setting of the Madeira Canyon community, tucked behind a series of foothills on the southern edge of the Las Vegas Valley, has been a natural attraction since we first opened this community," said Jeff Galindo, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes.

The Barcelona Collection comprises four single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,843 to 3,483 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Each home comes with a two- or three-car garage, some with a dedicated storage or workshop area. Select models also offer extensive central courtyards. Prices start from the $600,000s.

Homes within the Seville Collection range from 2,559 to 3,799 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. All three floor plans feature a three-car garage. An expansive upstairs game room is standard in the base configuration of the 3799 plan. Covered patios of varying lengths are optional in the backyards. The homes are priced from the $400,000s.

Each of the homes features a design with the great room that opens to the kitchen. The homes also feature bay windows, courtyards and large backyards.

"This is a rare combination anywhere: A large home, a large home site, a master-planned location adjacent to protected open-space lands and convenient access to the civic services," Galindo said.

The 487-acre community, located along the southern edge of Henderson, is home to several gated and non-gated neighborhoods, including homes from the Catalonia, Aragon, Andalucia and Navarra collections, as well as Club Madeira, which offers a country club-style environment. Homes range from 1,580 to 4,817 square feet. Prices start from the $300,000s.

Amenities include walking trails, an arroyo, parks with sports facilities and playgrounds and a site for an elementary school.

All Pulte homes are constructed with Environments for Living building technology. With blown-in cellulose insulation and dual-pane, vinyl framed low-e windows, homeowners benefit from decreased internal and external contaminants; increased indoor air quality; decreased heating and cooling usage; and increased comfort, durability, and tightness, Galindo said.

Additionally, Pulte Homes offers its Signature Standards, which includes numerous brand-name amenities as standard features. They include Corian solid surface countertops, York heating and air-conditioning systems, Mohawk flooring, Sherwin-Williams paint, Moen faucets, Kohler plumbing fixtures, G.E. appliances, Schlage door hardware, Sea Gull lighting and Zodiaq natural quartz surfaces.

To visit, take the southern portion of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Eastern Avenue and go south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Anthem Parkway, then turn left. Continue on Anthem about six miles, then make a left onto Bicentennial Parkway, a left onto Anthem Highlands Drive, then follow the signs to the model park.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Wednesday, when they open at noon. For more information, call 897-5006 or visit pultehomes.com.
