Westmark Homes has constructed two condominium projects in the Summerlin master-planned community -- Mira Villa in The Canyons Village and Coronado in The Paseos Village.
Mira Villa features six luxury mid-rise condominium floor plans, ranging from 2,071 to 3,917 square feet. Priced from the low $900,000s, the residences feature a terrace setting with two to four bedrooms, enclosed garage and private elevator. Luxury penthouse units are available.

The project will offer residents pool, fitness center, card/TV room and large outdoor entertainment verandah. The condominium development is set among mountain views, as well as views of the Tournament Players Club (TPC) at The Canyons golf course.
Coronado features three condominium designs from 1,305 to 1,803 square feet. Priced from the high $200,000s, the two- to three-bedroom residences are designed with attached garages. Recreational amenities include a resort style swimming pool, covered barbecue areas and fitness center.
Westmark Homes has been building in the Las Vegas Valley for nearly 20 years and in Summerlin for 17 years, according to Mark Oiness, owner. Mira Villa and Coronado are Westmark Homes' fifth and sixth Summerlin neighborhoods.
"Summerlin offers its residents numerous cultural, educational, spiritual and recreational amenities," Oiness said, "It's easy to see why it's the preferred community for many Southern Nevadans."
Developed by The Howard Hughes Corp., Summerlin is a 22,500-acre master-planned community at the western rim of the Las Vegas Valley. Homes are available in a variety of styles with pricing from the low $200,000s to more than $1 million. Custom home sites in The Ridges are priced from the $500,000s.
