Floor plans draw first-time buyers to Sapphire Springs neighborhood

Richmond American's Sapphire Springs development has drawn strong responses from first-time home buyers, according to sales agent Darin Campbell.

"We've found that our community is very popular with first-time home buyers," Campbell said, "due to the extraordinary value as well as the size and the layout of the homes.
