William Lyon Homes has opened the first phase of its Carson Ranch Series II in the northern central valley.
The single-story, gated neighborhood offers three home plans ranging from 2,527 to 3,091 square feet with up to four bedrooms. Every floor plan includes a three-car garage.

"People can't get over the size of our lots," sales agent Charlotte Bell said. "Home sites in the new phase range from 10,000 to 16,000 square feet. Our engineers designed these home sites so residents will have 13 feet next to the garage."
Standard features include security prewiring, custom-recessed lighting, raised-panel interior doors and satin chrome door levers.
A community park within Carson Ranch provides recreational space for residents. Prices start in the $460,000s. The first closings in the east parcel are planned for this fall. Several portions of William Lyon Homes' Carson Ranch Series I and II are already developed.
Home buyers can tour model homes from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday, when the sales center opens at noon.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 north to Ann Road. Proceed east on Ann to Jones Boulevard, turn left on Jones and left on Rome Boulevard.
