Canyon Creek condos to open in northwestern valley

Designs feature patio or balcony layout

Canyon Creek gated condominium development in the northwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley features included upgrades and amenities that sales agent Tina Brink, cites as key factors in the development's strong sales.

"People that come in and visit the community are pleasantly surprised by the value they see," Brink said. "When you read about the upgraded features, you just don't get a good sense of what it's really like. But when you see it in person, it's impressive to witness all that is included in the price of the homes here."

The development is in proximity to the Summerlin and Desert Shores communities and Mount Charleston Recreation Area, as well as golf courses and local parks with walking trails.

"Right now, we are in Phase Two of the development," Brink said, "but we are still offering Phase One pricing. In addition to that, buyers can get 3 percent toward closing costs when they go with our preferred lender."

There are residences available for quick move in, according to Brink.

The sales gallery is located at 2700 N. Rainbow Blvd. and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

To visit from U.S. Highway 95 exit Lake Mead Boulevard heading east. Turn left at Rainbow and travel north past Smoke Ranch Road.
