Pageantry's three-story soars

Since its grand opening in February, the three-story designs at Brookhaven have gained interest from home buyers looking for single-family homes that depart from the norm, according to Michael Cox, director of sales and marketing for Pageantry Communities.

"Plan Three offers the greatest opportunity for home buyer customization by virtually creating three separate floor plans that can be tailored to meet each individual or family's needs," Cox said.

Brookhaven's Plan Three features four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths ranging in square feet from 1,956 to 2,170 square feet.

The first floor of Plan Three offers a bonus room and garage/guest suite. This floor can be converted into a bonus room, optional kitchenette with bonus room or an optional guest suite with full bath.

The second floor includes a master suite, kitchen, living room and nook. The second floor has the option of two guest bedrooms in lieu of the master suite. The third floor can either feature the master suite or the additional two guest bedrooms.

Starting from the high $200,000s, Brookhaven is a gated neighborhood with five contemporary floor plans of two- and three-story homes ranging from 1,629 to 2,170 square feet.

The development community is highlighted by a private park, picnic area and tot lot for residents.

Standard features include 12 by 12-inch ceramic tile in kitchen, baths and entries, contemporary maple cabinetry, Corian countertops, dual master sinks, walk-in closets, recessed lighting and three-car garages.

The builder is introducing special financing incentives for the northwest Las Vegas neighborhood, including first year payments as low a $1,550 per month with zero money down and zero closing costs, according to Cox.

The models are located at Grand Teton Drive and Teepee Lane off U.S. Highway 95 or Grand Teton and Hualapai Way off Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway. For more information, call 883-8991 or visit pageantryco.com.
