Las Vegas opens estate designs today

Tremezzo, an exclusive collection of Italian-inspired hilltop homes overlooking the Lake Las Vegas resort community, celebrates its grand opening today and Sunday.
Pardee Homes will open the luxury neighborhood's four designer-decorated models. The celebration will include cooking demonstrations between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, according to sales director Rob Tuvell.

The guard-gated neighborhood presents home designs of 3,176 to 4,316 square feet.
Featuring Tuscan, Andalusian and Italian Hilltop exterior elevations, the one- and two-story Tremezzo homes include interior courtyards, three to five bedrooms, 2 1/2 to five baths and up to three-car garages.
The Plan Two X design features a second-story club room.
"The breathtaking setting and the unique design of these homes represent a new level of excellence for Pardee Homes," Tuvell said. "Tremezzo shows how far we have come in the 55 years Pardee has been building homes in Southern Nevada."
The builder is offering country club memberships to home buyers at Tremezzo and Bella Fiore, a gated neighborhood located alongside The Falls Golf Club near the resort's main entrance.
Offered through The Club at Lake Las Vegas, silver memberships include access to swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, concierge service and limited golf at The Falls or Reflection Bay, as well as the new Rainbow Canyon course, which is set to open in 2008.
"Lake Las Vegas residents enjoy other community amenities such as the lake and marina, pedestrian shopping village, restaurants, concerts and much more," Tuvell said.
Lake Las Vegas is a premier residential and resort destination situated on a privately owned 320-acre lake, 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.
The 3,592-acre master-planned resort offers access to casino-resorts, three golf courses, full-service marinas, water's edge restaurants and cafes and boutiques.
Tremezzo is Pardee's second neighborhood at Lake Las Vegas. Pricing for the homes begins at $1.2 million.
Prices at Bella Fiore range from $767,950 to $885,950.
To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, east to the freeway's end at Lake Mead Parkway.
Continue east on Lake Mead Parkway to Lake Las Vegas Parkway, turn left and follow the directional signs to Bella Fiore and Tremezzo. The model parks are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday.
