Flexibility key to Siena's Como series

Flexibility is key to the five designs in the Como Collection, one of six Italian-themed series of homes at Siena, a guard-gated, age-qualified community in Summerlin.

"Due to their flexible design options, the floor plans in the Como Collection have been most popular with home buyers who are artists, hobbyists or collectors...," vice president of sales Jimmy Jones said.

The smallest design, Como 6110, measures 1,656 square feet. The two-bedroom, two-bath home features a den or optional formal dining room, great room island kitchen, laundry room with optional hobby space, covered patio and two-car garage. It is priced from $233,000.

Priced from $252,000, the Como 6120 plan features two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,964 square feet. Other features include a foyer, den or optional formal dining room, sunrise room, laundry room, covered patio, and two-car garage.

Two plans measure 2,070 square feet. The Como 6130, priced from $264,000, features two bedrooms, a den or optional third bedroom, and 2 1/2 baths. Options include converting the formal dining room into a home office and modifying the laundry room to include a hobby space.

The other design, Como 6140 is priced from $266,500. It features two bedrooms and a den or optional third bedroom. Amenities include a great room; island kitchen; front porch; covered patio; and two-car garage. Options include converting the laundry room into a hobby space.

The largest design, Como 6150, is priced from $272,500. The 2,156-square-foot home has two bedrooms, a den or third bedroom, and two baths. Additional features include a living room; sunrise room; laundry room with optional sink/cabinet or hobby space; covered patio; and two-car garage.

Eighteen single-story homes measuring between 1,040 to nearly 3,200 square feet are available. They are priced from the $150,000s to the $390,000s, plus home-site premiums. Plans offer a range of customizing opportunities, including some with courtyard fireplaces and casitas.

Community amenities include fitness, recreational and social activities such as golf, bocce, tennis, swimming, craft clubs, and dances.
