Among the four floor plans at Monterossa is the two-story Bellini, which can be built with as many as six bedrooms. It priced from $359,975.

Toll Bros. is developing the neighborhood at The Vistas village in Summerlin.

The 2,592-square-foot home has a downstairs master suite with a media center, dual vanities, walk-in closet, spa tub and separate shower. A covered patio is optional. All secondary bedrooms are upstairs, one of which offers optional niches and a balcony.

Kitchen highlights include dual wall ovens, a pantry, island workstation and nook.

Also featured is a formal dining room and a great room with a fireplace.

Exterior amenities include a courtyard, covered entry and split-three-car garage. The single-bay garage can be converted to a casita.

The additional single- and two-story floor plans -- Vasari, Trapani and Botticelli -- are modeled, as is the Bellini. They are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
