-- Southwest Engineering has been awarded the engineering and design contract for The Lamplight Gardens at Silverado Ranch, an 18.6-acre project at the northwest corner of Cactus Avenue and Spencer Street. Engineering and surveying costs are estimated at $293,560.

-- SR Construction has been awarded the construction contract for the 7,800-square-foot China Spice Restaurant in the Green Valley Ranch casino. Construction costs are estimated at $2.5 million.

-- Paragon Pools received the contract to build the model pool for Pulte Homes' Plan 3064 in Silverstone Ranch, a development in northwest Las Vegas.

-- David Fordham of RE/MAX Absolute represented Steven Traisman in his purchase of 22,810 square feet at 4250 E. Bonanza Road from N&M Yahrans Trust and Paige Gross, represented by Myla Gardina-Yahrans of The Realty Group, for $3.45 million.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Bill Walsh represented MJM Consulting in its three-year lease of 3,920 square feet at 6285 S. Valley View Blvd. from Koll Business Center for $108,000. Jeff Barton represented Michael Fatutoa in the five-year lease of 794 square feet at 9457 S. Las Vegas Blvd. from Paradise Spa for $51,582. Richard Luciani represented All My Sons Moving & Storage in the three-year lease of 3,200 square feet at 4530 Andrews St. in North Las Vegas from Loren Peiterson for $53,394.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Brad Peterson represented the Department of Veterans Affairs in its three-year lease of 23,322 square feet at 2455 W. Cheyenne Ave. from Aircenter North for $1.4 million. In another transaction, Jayne Cayton represented Wells Fargo Bank in its three-year lease of 1,851 square feet at 3360 W. Sahara Ave. from Friendly Matrix Internet Co. for $117,000. Lance Robins and Jeremy Green represented Glenborough Fund IX in the three-year lease of 2,735 square feet within the Palms Business Center at 3067 W. Tompkins Ave. to Blood Systems for $81,900.

-- Colliers International's Dan Doherty, Brian Pankratz and Jennifer Kilpatrick represented 1201 American Pacific in its 36-month lease of 10,000 square feet at 1201 American Pacific Drive, Suite G and H, in Henderson, to Meehan's Salon Specialists for $214,582. In another transaction, Doherty, Pankratz and Jeff Graves represented Las Vegas Mart in its 36-month lease of 47,052 square feet at 3290 S. Highland Drive to Hotel Furniture Sales, represented by Dale Brown of Brownstone Commercial, for $549,737. Tom Stilley, Lizz Schafer and Taber Thill represented IRP Legacy Convention Center Associates in its 36-month lease of 3,286 square feet at 101 Convention Center Drive, Suite 300, to Sierra Pacific Resources for $199,920. Stilley, Schafer and Thill also represented Advanced Vital Care in its 51-month lease of 2,820 square feet at 4020 W. Ali Baba Commerce Center, Unit D, from Vegas Ventures, represented by Sara Lenn and Pat Marsh of Colliers International, for $164,908. Stilley, Schafer and Thill represented both parties in Henderson Beltway's 36-month lease of 3,737 square feet at 170 N. Stephanie St., Suite 150 in Henderson to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for $217,615. Mike Mixer represented Pat Ginn in the sale of 5 acres at the northeast corner of Russell and El Camino roads to Stagecoach Homes for $780,000. David Afromsky and Joshua Thomas represented CyberScan Technology in its 36-month lease of 2,174 square feet at 4045 S. Spencer St., Suite 222, from Alexander Dawson, represented by Bob Miller of MDL Group, for $136,962. Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented S.T.W.M.S. in its 62-month lease of 4,944 square feet at 7565 Commercial Way, Suite G in Henderson to Plastic Crafts, represented by Scot Owens of Lee and Associates, for $175,132.
