D.R. Horton encourages buyers to visit design center

D.R. Horton encourages all of its home buyers to visit its World of Wonder Design Center in Las Vegas.

"WOW is a state-of-the-art design center, and the first of its kind to use a scan gun system to assist the buyer in the selection process," said Jennifer Quinn, design center director. "The majority of the customer's appointment is spent on the decision-making process, not waiting extended periods of time for the design consultant to complete the paperwork."

In addition to the expected cabinets, counter tops, window coverings, appliances, and flooring options, the center offers a variety of items for buyers to individualize their new homes, including bath and lighting fixtures, commercial kitchen options, media room options and stamped concrete, all of which are on display in the 3,300-square-foot facility.

The design center is open only by appointment. However, visitors are invited to browse on Sundays from 2 to 5 p.m. The center is located at 6845 Escondido St., Suite 107.
