Sales continue at The Foothills series

Since opening two years ago, Pacific Southwest Development has sold 75 percent of the homes in its The Foothills Tuscany Series at The Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley.

"In the 13 years I've been selling homes in the area, I have never seen sales as brisk as what they've been at The Foothills," sales agent Michael Goeth said. "Much of the success can be attributed to the location as well as Pacific Southwest Development's attention to detail and ability to cater to a wide range of home buyers."

The guard-gated neighborhood features Tuscan-style homes on sites measuring at least one-quarter acre. Amenities include private front courtyards and landscaped common areas.

At 4,360 square feet, The Bellasera is the largest offering. The two-story home has as many as seven bedrooms, a loft and a three-car garage. Additional features of the home, priced at $365,990, are a guest suite, library and 4 1/2 baths.

Starting at $356,990, The Venetian is a trilevel home featuring four bedrooms and a five-car garage. Measuring 4,106 square feet, the home includes 3 1/2 baths, a library and loft. It can be customized to feature as many as seven bedrooms.

Measuring 3,743 square feet and priced at $334,990, Las Brisas is a two-story home with four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and a loft. Additional features include a three-car garage, master suite with retreat, guest suite and optional fifth bedroom.

The Palatina is a two-story, four-bedroom home with an optional fifth bedroom. Measuring 3,436 square feet, it features a library, 3 1/2 baths, and a three-car garage. It is priced from $334,990.

Starting at $316,990, the Tapatio is a single-story home offering three bedrooms, a library and 2 1/2 baths. Options for the 3,088-square-foot design include a fourth bedroom or enclosed library.

Detached private casitas, measuring between 290 and 512 square feet, are available.

Upon buildout, the neighborhood will have 268 homes.

Homes in more than 20 neighborhoods are priced from the $140,000s to the $400,000s.

Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
