D.R. Horton nears closeout at Constellation

A few homes remain for sale at Constellation Estates, a D.R. Horton neighborhood in the northwestern valley.

"We were nearly sold out before we finished the models," neighborhood sales manager Mark Sleeman said. "I like to describe the community as city close and country quiet."

Fewer than 10 homes remain available.

Priced from the high $200,000s, the single-story homes measure from 2,550 to 3,350 square feet. Some plans offer dual master suites, and all feature three-car garages.

"Building two homes to an acre offers a further sense of privacy and allows the buyer to create a truly spectacular oasis in their own back yard," sales manager Jeff Ward said.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway, exit west and proceed to the neighborhood. It is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
