Turnberry Place reports brisk condo sales
One hundred condominiums were sold at Turnberry Place during the first 10 weeks of 2004, according to John Riordan, vice president of sales. There will be 231 units in the complex's fourth and final tower, which will begin construction this summer. Occupancy is slated for 2006. Ten floor plans priced from $530,000 to more than $5.9 million are available. Since sales began in 1999, Riordan said 650 units have been sold at the guard-gated development. The third tower is complete and there are several units available with views of the Strip. "We have been in the market for five years and have developed a quality product with luxury amenities," he said. "With the monorail coming online this year and new upscale hotel projects in the works, many people are looking for a lifestyle of convenience near the Strip." All residents of the 15-acre development are members of The Stirling Club, a private facility. The club features an antiaging spa, as well as a fitness center that offers a virtual reality system, Pilates studio, beauty salon, spas, saunas, steam baths and an indoor lap pool. Additionally, there is casual and fine dining, a nightclub, piano lounge, tennis courts and an outdoor pool. Residents also have access to valet parking, 24-hour security, concierge service, limousine service and room service. Visitors may tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates the view from the 27th floor of the fourth tower. The sales office at 2777 Paradise Road is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
