Help-U-Sell wastes no time in sale

Yoshi and E.J. Nosaki recently sold their western Las Vegas Valley home through Help-U-Sell Real Estate Innovations.

The Nosakis sold their 1,300-square-foot residence, which had been an investment property, with the help of the realty firm.

"They were really nice," E.J. Nosaki said. "We found out about them through the newspaper. We saved money with them even though we used an outside agent. They moved really fast and didn't waste any time."

Help-U-Sell is a fee-for-services agency that can provide all of the services of a real estate firm, or just select services for as little as $2,950 in fees. The company provides all signage, advertising and negotiations. Sellers are encouraged to show their own properties and hold open houses.

The Nosakis plan to use the proceeds from the transaction to open a new business.

Nosaki praised the firm for its quality of service.

"They really went above and beyond for us," she said. "This is now the trend. More people are finding other ways to avoid pay the higher fees. We would definitely use them again."

The company, founded in California in 1976, began operating in Southern Nevada in 2001. It has 17 branches in the Las Vegas Valley.
