Vintage Valley sales escalate

Sales at Vintage Valley, a custom-home neighborhood in the Estates at Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley, are brisk.

"Sales have been incredible, as all of the 44 interior lots and eight of 11 golf course lots within Vintage Valley have sold," said Mitch McClellan, president of Southern Highlands Realty. "Buyers are attracted to the community's selection of custom lots, many of which offer golf course frontage, private park frontage and secluded cul-de-sacs."

A selection of lots marking the neighborhood's fourth phase are set to be released at the end of the month. The custom-home sites will range from one-half acre to two-thirds of an acre and will be priced from the mid-$400,000s to $800,000.

"Based on our tremendous success, we are anticipating people to respond very positively to the new release of custom-home sites," he said.

He credited the neighborhood's amenities, which include a 2-acre park, tree-lined streets, a basketball court and playground, for attracting buyers.

Additional community amenities include the Spa at Southern Highlands, a 13,000-square-foot facility with a fitness center, tennis courts, swimming pool, spa, and children's swimming pool and play area.

The Estates at Southern Highlands features custom lots and homes located along Southern Highlands golf course. Sites ranging from one-half acre to 2 acres are priced from the $400,000s to more than $1 million, while custom homes are priced from $1.5 million.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
