Sales office showcases condos

Southern Nevada home buyers looking for a condominium can find information about Bella Vita and Symphony at a new sales office.

The center, located at 5720 S. Arville St., Suite 121, provides information about the southwestern valley developments.

Bella Vita, located at Flamingo Road and Decatur Boulevard, features five designs.

The one-bedroom, one-bath Cielo model measures 720 square feet and has a patio and a dining nook. It is priced from the low $90,000s.

Offering two bedrooms are the Sera, which has one bath, measures 816 square feet and is priced in the low $100,000s, and the Luna, which has two baths, measures 978 square feet and is priced from the mid-$120,000s.

Three bedrooms and two baths are featured in the Solé design, which measures 1,198 square feet and is priced from the mid-$140,000s, and the Terra, which measures 1,444 square feet and is priced in the mid-$150,000s.

Symphony, located at Durango Drive and Sahara Avenue, offers the one-bedroom, one-bath Concierto design. The unit measures 720 square feet and has a patio and dining nook. It is priced from the mid-$90,000s.

Poolside units are available at both developments for an additional price.

All feature interior amenities such as raised-panel maple cabinets and granite counter tops.

The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Russell Road and proceed west to Arville.
