Residence in The Enclave ready by fall

Christopher Homes has commissioned its architects to design custom residences for select lots within The Enclave neighborhood at the guard-gated Southern Highlands Golf Club. One of those residences is under construction and expected to be completed this fall.

"This beautiful two-story home will provide the future owner with the ultimate in indoor and outdoor luxury," sales agent Loretta Blankenship said. "The design team selected a prime golf course home site and positioned the home to take maximum advantage of spectacular views, which will be enjoyed from a variety of vantage points inside and outside of the home."

The 7,729-square-foot residence is priced at $4.31 million. Interior highlights include five bedrooms, five baths, two powder rooms, a game room/home theater, an office, an exercise room off the master suite, and a wine room off the dining room.

"A custom client at The Enclave may purchase a home site, take six months before beginning the design process and, if they wish, have a total of 18 months before starting construction of their home," Blankenship said. "Each client has free access to (our) in-house resources, including our complete design and build capabilities and our purchasing power.

"Our custom clients also have the benefit of being able to consider design elements from dozens of award-winning home designs Christopher Homes has created in the past, which can be an invaluable source of inspiration during the design process for their own home."

Christopher also can build a home on the client's choice of home site anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley.

"If a custom-home client already owns a home site, we can build their home on the site for as little as $120 per square foot, if they utilize one our existing plans," Blankenship said.

The builder provides each buyer within The Enclave with a golf membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval. The private course is anchored by a clubhouse with formal and informal dining, a golf library, wine room, locker rooms, and a pro shop.
