KB Home is celebrating the grand opening of its newest development in the Mountain's Edge master plan. Quintessa is a gated condominium property that introduces a new line of floor plans for the home builder.
"Quintessa is designed for home buyers who are looking for the condominium lifestyle," said Renee Gervais, KB's vice president of sales and marketing. "Condo living provides all the benefits of homeownership without a lot of maintenance hassle. Plus, residents enjoy a variety of community amenities right outside their door."

Resident amenities include pool, clubhouse, exercise facility, putting green and outdoor recreation areas.
"Quintessa offers the same square footage and privacy of many detached homes," said Dolly Stoner, sales representative for KB Home, Las Vegas division.
Featuring five floor plans, measuring from 1,345 to 2,502 square feet, the one- and two-story residences offer two to four bedrooms 2 1/2 to three baths and one- or two-car garages. Some homes include lofts and dens, depending on floor plan.
The development includes a 1,784-square-foot wheelchair accessible design, in a single-level residence at the ground level, according to Stoner.
Starting from the mid-$200,000s, each residence is Energy Star and Water Smart compliant.
To visit, from Interstate 15, exit Blue Diamond Road heading west. Travel five miles and turn left on Buffalo Drive. Turn left on Cactus Avenue. The condominium development is on the left. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at noon.
The builder offers 25 communities throughout Southern Nevada and provides design consultation, design materials and services through its Home Studio at 7440 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 201, just south of the Warm Springs Road intersection.
The builder's Home Finding Center provides free assistance, from credit reports to credit counseling. Information on the builder's floor plans and neighborhoods are available at the center, located in the KB Home Main office at 5655 Badura Avenue, just southwest of the Las Vegas Beltway and Decatur Boulevard.
