All remaining home sites released for sale at Wood Glen in Summerlin

The sales office at Wood Glen has been a hub of activity lately, according to Curt Wilde, project manager at the Toll Bros. neighborhood in Summerlin.

"Because of overwhelming sales, we've released all of our remaining home sites," Wilde said.

Homes range from 2,650 to 3,790 square feet and are priced from the mid-$300,000s. Four floor plans are available with one a single-story design.

Each home includes a swimming pool, front-yard landscaping, Corian kitchen counter tops, an appliance package, and a spa tub in the owner suite.

Features, per plan, include three to six bedrooms, casitas, curved staircases, and coffered ceilings. Dens, lofts, bay windows and kitchen island workstations are also featured.

The guard-gated neighborhood is comprised of 77 home sites, and located in the master-planned community's village of Willow Creek. It is adjacent to the 7 1/2-acre private Paseo Park with walking trails, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, and a gazebo area equipped for picnics and parties.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue to Town Center Drive, head south to Havenwood Lane and turn right. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The builder is also developing the following in the Las Vegas area: Woodlands, Heritage Glen and Rosemont neighborhoods in Summerlin; Buckingham at Queensridge in the southwestern valley; and Stonehaven at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson.
