Quick move-in program available at Anthem Country Club

Through Anthem Country Club's inventory home program, buyers can move into a new home immediately.

"We have customers who don't have the time to wait for a house to be built, but want to move into our community for the remarkable lifestyle offered," sales and marketing executive Bob Rademacher said. "To fill that demand, we have built homes that home buyers can move into immediately. Basically, your house is ready when your financing is complete."

Homes ready for move-in range from 1,725 to 3,593 square feet. Among them is a Bel Canto plan that overlooks the third fairway of the community's private golf course. It measures 3,104 square feet and features three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. It also has a soft-water system with reverse osmosis, upgraded appliances, ceramic-tile counter tops in baths, granite counter tops in the kitchen, upgraded carpet and a wet bar.

Anthem Country Club is part of Del Webb Corp.'s 5,000-acre Anthem master-planned community in Henderson. Buyers can choose from four series of homes and 20 floor plans. Prices range from the $190,000s to more than $1 million. Custom-home sites overlooking the golf course, city or mountains measure from half an acre to more than 1 1/2 acres and are priced from $200,000 to $1.2 million.

Equity golf memberships are limited to 490 members, and executive golf memberships are available to nonresidents for a limited term.

In addition to the championship golf course, residents can access an athletic club and a full-service salon. A clubhouse offers fine dining, a meeting room, mixed grill and sports bar, pro shop, and locker rooms with lounges.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue then head south about two miles past St. Rose Parkway. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
