NAIOP names `Office Broker of the Year'
n Chuck Witters of Lee and Associates Commercial Real Estate Services has been named "Office Broker of the Year" for the third consecu- tive time by the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. n Terry Hiebing has been named project manager for Wexford Homes, a Longford Group company. Previously, Hiebing held the positions of customer service manager and purchasing manager for five years at Longford. n Colliers International's Pat Marsh and Dan Doherty represented WXIII/PPB Real Estate in its five-year lease of 2,696 square feet at 6237 Industrial Road to Americair of Nevada for $133,036. Doherty, Brian Pankratz and Jennifer English represented Eagle Foodservice in its three-year lease of 1,296 square feet at 6295 McLeod Drive from The Ribeiro Co. for $54,734.
