One of the highlights at Avalon at Seven Hills, a condominium complex located in Henderson, are the city and mountain views it provides.
"Avalon is surrounded by beautiful scenery and residents get a chance to enjoy that from many areas throughout the property. Depending on where you are in the community you get a chance to see mountain or city views," sales agent Dean Saito said.

Bvlgari has 1,171 square feet and includes two bedrooms and two baths. The Cartier floor plan has 1,208 square feet and includes two bedrooms and two baths. The largest plan, the Chopard, has 1,544 square feet and includes three bedrooms and two baths. Prices start in the high $160,000s.
"Our options packages are very impressive to buyers. They really like the larger than average terraces and balconies and the plans that offer built-in bookshelves and fireplaces," Saito said.
Standard features in each floor plan include garden-style oval tub, twin basin vanities, two-tone interior paint, balcony or terrace, vertical blinds, maple kitchen cabinetry, walk-in closets, 9-foot ceilings with crown molding accents, custom shelving, storage area, and ceiling fans.
Each plan also comes with all appliances, including a range with oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and washer and dryer.
The complex is located at 2900 Sunridge Heights Parkway. To visit, take Interstate 15 to St. Rose Parkway, go east to Jeffreys Street and turn right. Proceed to Sunridge Heights Parkway and turn left. The sales office is open daily between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
