Bella Vita condominiums impress buyers with variety, amenities

Bella Vita Condominium Homes, located in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, offers a variety of community amenities that impress buyers, according to sales agent Mark Karten.

"When people come to tour Bella Vita they are always surprised and impressed by the unsurpassed variety and number of amenities we offer throughout the community. Many communities offer one or two pools and a spa, but we offer much more than one pool for an entire community to share," Karten said.

Amenities within the community include six resort-style pools, five tennis courts, three clubhouses, indoor and outdoor jetted spas, men's and women's indoor wet and dry saunas, three health clubs, barbecues, cabanas, a stone fa?ade guard-gated entrance, and assigned covered parking. The complex also has reserved covered parking and a courtesy patrol service.

"Bella Vita offers several pools and other popular amenities so that everyone can get the chance to enjoy using them. They don't have to feel like it's too crowded to take a swim on a hot day. With the weather about to heat up, residents love the idea of there being six pools," Karten said.

Five floor plans are offered, ranging from one to three bedrooms. The smallest plan is the Cielo that has 720 square feet and includes one bedroom and one bath. The Sera floor plan has 816 square feet and includes two bedrooms and one bath. The Luna plan has 978 square feet and includes two bedrooms and two baths. The Solé plan has 1,198 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. The largest plan, Terra, has 1,444 square feet and includes three bedrooms and two baths.

Prices at the complex start in the low $100,000s.

"Our standard features have also been very appealing to buyers. They especially remark on the granite counter tops and the beautiful cabinetry in the kitchen," Karten said.

Standard features in each plan include granite counter tops, satin chrome faucets, decorative lighting fixtures, custom interior paint colors, and maple raised-panel cabinetry with cherry stain. The homes also have textured ceilings and walls, six-panel colonial entry doors, private patio or balcony, and blinds throughout.

Each plan includes an appliance package that has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer.

"We're now in our final phase and homes are selling fast. This is due in part because Bella Vita has homes that are available for a 30-day move in. We also offer buyer incentives and a one percent down plan," Karten added.

Bella Vita is located at 5070 River Glen Drive. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Flamingo Road then go west toward Decatur Boulevard.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily.
