KB Home is hosting a "Spring Break Grand Opening" at Villas at Black Mountain from 1 to 4 p.m. today. Local radio personalities are scheduled to be on hand, and there will be refreshments. Additionally, visitors can register to win a $2,000 spring break travel voucher.

"Our Villas communities have been incredibly popular. With the addition of Villas at Black Mountain, KB Home now offers a total of eight Villas communities throughout the valley."

The floor plans range from the 1,712-square-foot Onyx with three bedrooms, a loft and 2 1/2 baths, to the Amber with three bedrooms, a loft, a den and 2 1/2 baths.
All homes are two-story designs with two-car garages. Options include covered patios, additional bedrooms and master bath selections.
Prices start from the $320,000s.
To visit, take the Las Vegs Beltway to Gibson Road and exit south. Make a U-turn at Paseo Verde Parkway and follow the signs.
The sales office is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at 10 a.m.
