Anthem Country Club releases lots

Del Webb Corp.'s Anthem Country Club recently released home sites within its Laurel Greens North neighborhood.

The 13 home sites will feature designs from the Impressionist Collection, which offers six plans measuring from 1,275 to more than 2,076 square feet. Prices range from just over $200,000 to $254,000. A casita option with a bath is available.

Custom-home sites are also available in the Eagle Brook neighborhood.

As part of the builder's one-stop shopping approach, buyers may consult with Del Webb Home Finance in the community's sales office for a mortgage.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and proceed about three miles south of St. Rose Parkway. The sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
