Quick move-ins available at Sun City Anthem
Del Webb Corp.'s Sun City Anthem in Henderson has homes ready for immediate occupancy, many with upgraded features and buyer incentives, according to sales manager Mike Casey. "We have a full inventory of homes ready for quick move-in," Casey said, adding that golf course homes are among the inventory. "If you're looking for a great home on the golf course in a quiet cul-de-sac, (an) Arlington model is ready to go," he said. "Golfers will love this house, with a view of the golf course and a built-in golf cart area." The 2,234-square-foot home features a Nevada room, courtyard entry, granite kitchen counter tops, low-emissivity windows, and a bay window in the master suite. It also has three bedrooms, a two-car garage and covered patio. Special incentives, such as design center credits, are available to buyers who finance through Del Webb Mortgage, according to Deenie Ritter, mortgage consultant. "Since we are located at the model village near the sales agents, we are readily available to answer any finance or mortgage question, and can usually complete a loan in a week or two," Ritter said. "Often, people don't know where to go or who to trust. But they know the Del Webb name and they know they can count on us to provide professional mortgage services." Casey said this one-stop shopping approach is a convenience for buyers. "We offer home buyers the convenience of an extensive and supportive design center, a landscaping service, professional sales staff, as well as Del Webb Mortgage," he said. "Everything is right here at the model village in Sun City Anthem." The age-qualified community is located in Henderson, and is part of the 5,000-acre Anthem master plan. Its centerpiece is The Revere at Anthem Golf Club, where Sun City Anthem residents receive preferred rates. Sun City Anthem is home to Anthem Center, a 77,363-square-foot social and recreation facility with a health and fitness center, swimming pools, and dining venues, including Trumpets Restaurant and Lounge, which is open to the public. Buyers can choose from 19 models, ranging from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet and larger through the Gold Key program. Homes are priced from the low $140,000s to more than $500,000. To visit the model village, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway. The models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
