MacDonald Highlands preps for Street of Dreams

-- MacDonald Highlands, a custom-home community in Henderson, is the host site for this year's Street of Dreams luxury housing tour. The show homes are under construction and will be open to the public from May 4 through June 16.

-- Power Realty, a commercial brokerage, has opened an office at 8064 W. Sahara Ave., Suite 103. Agents Mark Lefkowitz, David Abraham and Jay Jacobsen join broker Robert Penton.

-- Alberto Jauregui of Nevada Land Commercial Real Estate represented Fiesta Homes in its purchase of 4.6 acres at the corner of Goldfield and Sergeant Jordan avenues from Cabrera Investments, represented by Mimi Dunn of Liberty Realty, for $305,000.

-- David Fordham of Re/Max Absolute represented Las Vegas West Medical Imaging in its 60-month lease of 2,300 square feet at 7210 W. Lake Mead Blvd. from Tenaya Center, represented by Bill Hicks of New Market Advisors, for $280,500.
