Pulte Homes has added two neighborhoods to its Las Vegas lineup and plans to open another in May. All are located on the west side of the valley. "We are pleased to announce the grand opening of these communities," company executive Steve Petruska said. "Each community offers something unique to every type of home buyer." Siena Ancora is open within the Southern Highlands master-planned community in the southwestern valley. It offers the same floor plans as Siena Vista, its sister neighborhood in Southern Highlands, as well as one new plan. The new design is a single-story that can be built with three bedrooms, or two bedrooms and a den, and measures 1,881 square feet. A two-car garage is standard. Floor plans for both of these neighborhoods are modeled at Siena Vista. They measure from 1,662 to 2,665 square feet and are priced from $192,990 to $244,990. To tour the models, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Drive and exit west, following the signs to the community. Southern Highlands is planned to include more than 40 acres of parks, more than 100 acres of open space, schools, bicycle and jogging paths, as well has hiking trails. The private Southern Highlands Golf Club is highlighted by lakes and streams, and tree-lined fairways. Eagle Crossing in the northwestern valley features all single-story homes priced from $136,990 to $165,990. They measure from 1,372 to 1,695 square feet with three or four bedrooms. For a limited time, the builder is including a washer, dryer, refrigerator and miniblind package with the purchase of a home at Eagle Crossing, where neighborhood amenities include a 2-acre park and gas lamplights. Eagle Crossing's homes are modeled at the builder's nearby Diamond Creek neighborhood. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road and exit east. Proceed to Jones Boulevard, head north to Elkhorn Road and turn right. All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon. The builder's Gresham Park neighborhood in Summerlin is slated to open in May with four floor plans, ranging from 1,359 to 2,000 square feet. Prices start from $179,990 to $224,990. The homes will feature varied architectural styles, courtyards and porches. Gresham Park is located within Summerlin Centre, an urban town center that is planned to offer shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues, walking trails and parks.
