Final residences available at Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas

Designed with a distinctive gold glass facade, the Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas will house 64 floors.

Being erected on the Las Vegas Strip, the building's 1,282 units are nearly completely sold.

"When you see a tower of this magnitude going up on the Las Vegas Strip, it is easy to envision the lifestyle you could have as an owner in the only Trump property in Las Vegas," said Jack Christie, vice president of sales and marketing for the Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas. More than 50 floors of the 64-story tower have been constructed. Units on more than 30 floors have been outfitted with wallpaper, carpet and trim.

The tower is on schedule to open in early 2008.

The development offers condominium apartments, with studio units, one bedroom units and one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouse suites.

Prices range from the $700,000s to $7 million. Buyers can live in the unit fulltime or parttime, rent it through the Trump hotel operations or rent it themselves.

Residents and guests will receive on site conveniences include 24-hour concierge and security services, professionally-managed spa, fitness center and salon.

The towers will feature sparkling heated outdoor pool and sundeck with bar.

Tower residents will have access to lifestyle amenities such as business center with meeting facilities; valet parking services; traditional doorman and gourmet and casual dining opportunities.
