Pageantry's zero down, zero closing costs and zero payments for 12 months program has allowed more than 85 potential home buyers to become homeowners, according to Michael Cox, sales and marketing director of Pageantry Communities.

The program is still offered at the home builder's Wine Ridge Estates community, and has been expanded to its Pebble Crossing, which is also located in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley. The program is available to those who qualify with Pageantry's preferred lender.

"The program has been so successful that we sold out of our Park View community that offered the incentive program last year. We decided to extend the program at Wine Ridge and also offer it at Pebble Crossing," Cox said.

Wine Ridge Estates offers three floor plans ranging from 1,793 to 2,204 square feet. Pebble Crossing offers three floor plans ranging from 2,107 to 2,287 square feet. Both communities offer homes priced from the $300,000s.

"For many people buying a home for the first time, the financial adjustment can be a very difficult. The program we offer helps make buying a home a process that they can ease into, while also building up savings," Cox said. "The home buyers who have been through the program have expressed their appreciation because it has allowed them to purchase a 1,700 square foot home, or larger with three or more bedrooms and a backyard when they otherwise wouldn't have been able to."
